Action News Jax is the brand name for the local news broadcasts of two
television stations in Jacksonville, Florida: WJAX-TV (CBS47) and WFOX-TV
(Fox30). WJAX-TV, a CBS-affiliated station, is owned by Hoffman Communications,
which has a joint sales agreement (JSA) with Cox Media Group. On the other
hand, WFOX-TV, a Fox-affiliated station, is directly owned by Cox Media
Group.
